With the demise of Big Creek Lodge in '08, the Sulphur Creek Ranch has become one of the more popular breakfast fly-in destinations for backcountry flyers.
Sulphur Creek (ID74, private) has a decent strip located in a stunning valley in the Frank Church River of No Return Wilderness Area. As such there's only two ways to get there, by air or by many miles of wilderness trails.
They serve a huge breakfast every morning in the rustic log cookhouse. It's a must see stop if you're flying the backcountry.
