Three Forks '10
Snow capped mountains are a constant sight on the way to Three Forks.  Brad took this pic from his Cessna.

A snowy winter and cool wet spring caused the mountains to have a lot more snow coverage than usual for this time of year.  Generally just the tops are dusted.

More snowy peaks along the Madison Valley en route to Three Forks.

The group poses for a photo with the traditional adornments behind their heads.   I swear one of these days I'm going to post a whole page of nothing but photos of rabbit eared
pilots.  Actually, I have enough to do an entire website.

The group does some digesting on the porch of the Sacagawea Hotel after consuming an overly large meal (as usual).

Doug inspects a dugout canoe at the Three Forks Museum's outdoor exhibit.  To the right is a tiny log cabin used by early settlers.
